CPFL is accredited to three, world recognised standards covering Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety. Raw material, manufacturing processes and sub-contracted heat treatment and coating processes are strictly controlled to Customer/Industry standards. APQP, PPAP and SPC techniques are used for all new product introductions and CPFL has full capability for metallurgical analysis and component testing, working in conjunction with Newcastle and Birmingham Universities. BPFL is a member of the British Gear Association and the Confederation of British Metalforming, which allows CPFL to keep up to date with technological changes.
